Collection and use of personal information
In general usage this web site will not record any of your personal information.
When a page on this web site is visited our server records certain information including the page visited, the visitor's IP address, date and time, this information will only be used for monitoring site usage and performance.
The web site contains a number of survey forms, the information submitted will only be used as outlined in the individual survey.
From time to time we may run online quizzes, the personal information submitted (name, age and company) is used only to allow entry into the quiz. Contact with winning entrants will be made through their Company.
Parts of this site are intended for BB officer's and/or Queen's Men within Glasgow Battalion, when requesting access you will be asked to provide certain personal information which we will use to verify your status. If you are invited to register then the information you provided will be stored on our server and you may update it at any time.
Registered users from companies within Glasgow Battalion may submit entries to competitions and events. This information will be passed to the organiser of the event.
If you are a BB Officer and have provided an email address we may from time to time send you emails containing news or information from the Battalion, if you would prefer not to receive these emails please contact us.
We will not pass on any of the information collected from this web site to any other person or body outwith the Boys' Brigade, unless legally obliged to do so.

When logged-in to the web site Session Cookies are used to temporarily store your details and allow access to the restricted content, these are automatically deleted when your web browser closes.
