Calling All Seniors...

In planning ahead for next session we need to gauge the level of interest in possible activities for Seniors. In order to do this we would be grateful if you can complete this form as soon as possible.

Please tell us your Company and if your company has a Seniors Officer give their name. Tell us your own name and date of birth and put a tick beside the activities which are of interest to you. It is hoped that the cost of the activities will be between £10 and £30 each.

Once the numbers are known for each activity your senior representative will be notified of exact costs and dates. At that time you will be asked to confirm that you are going and a £5 deposit taken to secure your place. The remainder will be payable at time of departure to the events. Deposits will be non-refundable if you cancel or don't turn up.
